3 true Database Version Control Tools (more than just Subversion)

You do version control for your programs, not for your database design or your test data ? Are they less important ? Sure not most of the time. In fact “They” all seem tell you that this seem to be best practices … except creating sql scripts and subversion can be a hassle. But now there are free and opensource dedicated tools I stumbled upon here:

- LiquidBase
- dbdeploy (also for .NET)
- openDBcopy (based on JDBC)

You have no more excuses …
